Employers vs Employees
*For two sides of the corporate coin* Suggestions for ex-employees: 1. Your harsh words or "expose" will have no actual effect on your ex-employers. People who are intentionally & blatantly biased, cruel, irrational, or unreasonable are beyond salvation. Understand that a company is NOT your family, however much they say that in meetings. 2. Yes, you were hurt, You were betrayed. Yes, you were insulted & your image was maligned with lies. Yes, giving your heart and soul to your workplace was ignored and forgotten. Yes, their "values" are all a bunch of words on paper. In the end, your employer moved on. You deserve to as well. You owe it to yourself, your family, & your skills to set yourself on the path to recover and progress. 3. The damage to your image and professional character may be unimaginable, but the ocean of opportunities lies ahead of you to be explored. It's not the end of the world.
