Employers vs Employees

*For two sides of the corporate coin*

Suggestions for ex-employees:

1. Your harsh words or "expose" will have no actual effect on your ex-employers. People who are intentionally & blatantly biased, cruel, irrational, or unreasonable are beyond salvation. Understand that a company is NOT your family, however much they say that in meetings.

2. Yes, you were hurt, You were betrayed.
Yes, you were insulted & your image was maligned with lies.
Yes, giving your heart and soul to your workplace was ignored and forgotten.
Yes, their "values" are all a bunch of words on paper.

In the end, your employer moved on. You deserve to as well. You owe it to yourself, your family, & your skills to set yourself on the path to recover and progress.

3. The damage to your image and professional character may be unimaginable, but the ocean of opportunities lies ahead of you to be explored. It's not the end of the world. Your innocence will be known & their immorality will be exposed to everyone. Maybe not now, but soon.

4. Be glad that people who you once thought were your own showed you their character. Now you know to be more cautious with who you trust and befriend. Now you're wiser. Now you're free. Now you're YOU. The experience you've gained & the friends you've made are the wealth and earning for you. They'll stay with you for life.

To the employers:

1. There is a reason why people are so disgruntled with you and none of your ex-employees have good things to talk about you.
There's a reason you're gradually failing in your endeavours.
There is a reason why your current employees would switch if you had a strong competitor.
There is a reason you've created your own enemies.
There is a reason why people won't recommend their friends and family to work in your organization.
There is a reason why your image is tainted and disfigured in the market.

2. Introspect.
See what went wrong.
Admit that your despicable treatment behind closed doors with your most loyal and dedicated employees is causing your gradual downfall.
Admit that the values you once boasted about have been reduced to a "Google Doc" by the same people you handed the reins of your organization.
Admit that your disproportionate and discriminating punishments have ruined people's families, images, peace, and lives.
Admit that the toxicity you've brooded is not eternal.

3. Realize.
Realize that people talk and statistically, half of your workforce will believe your ex-employees and it will speed up your decline.
Realize that there will be repercussions to your ruthlessness and betrayals.
Realize that after they leave you or you abandon them, not all will stay silent.
Realize that they will plan a revenge or a staunch response to your treatment.
Realize that one day, you will have to face them and you might them again.
Realize that tables might turn in a blink of an eye.
Realize that your faces will be exposed and you'll have nowhere to run.

Repent. Apologize.
