Work Culture: The Gang of Gangs

It's a growing menace these days to see a gang within executive managements in corporates.

A gang of incompetent, short-sighted, apathetic, and dictatorial folks who, by the virtue of their positions as well as by the spinelessness of their immediate subordinates, rule with an iron fist.

Disastrous executive and nonsensical decisions are made without anyone's consultation and opinion.

Reactionary policies are made by mindless and incompetent deadwood everyday and are retracted for specific people.

People with no business strategy exposure think getting more business or more talent acquisition is growth.

They ignore the deteriorating environment within the organization and the sufferings of the employees.

Organizations that started as families are turned into corporate "Gulags" and "Auschwitz" where the corporate "Stalins" and "Hitlers" are untouchable, and tragically, incompetent at the same time.

This torturous "extermination" and repression of honest, dedicated, and loyal employees comes at a cost of the destruction of the very fabric of collaboration, trust, respect, and productivity of the workforce.

The responsible ones should take a note of this and end the reign of tyranny and insolence. After all, it's them who will have nowhere to run for shelter once their organizations are ruined.
